How to use

Start with clean, dry skin. Remove makeup and ensure the area is free from oils and heavy creams. If using moisturiser beforehand, allow it to absorb completely.

Cut the tape into the appropriate length and shape for your chosen facial taping technique. Apply according to the recommended facial or lymphatic taping pattern without stretching the tape.

Gently rub over the tape after application to activate the adhesive.

The manufacturer recommends wearing the tape for 6–10 hours per session during the initial 3–4 weeks, followed by approximately 1–2 applications per week for maintenance.

Removal

Remove slowly and gently rather than pulling the tape away from the skin.

If necessary, apply a small amount of baby oil or suitable facial oil to help release the adhesive before removal.
