Shipping Policy

The House of KOVA currently delivers CureTape Beauty products within the United Kingdom. RIMAN products will be shipped directly from the RIMAN UK warehouse.

Delivery Charge

Standard delivery costs £3.99.

The delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally processed within 1 - 2 working days and delivered within 3 - 5 working days after dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during promotions, bank holidays or exceptional courier delays.

Dispatch

You will receive an order-confirmation email after placing your order and a dispatch notification when it has been sent. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@grolifestyle.com immediately if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins. Additional postage may be charged if an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel was not collected.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order is late, missing or damaged, email hello@grolifestyle.com with your order number.

For damaged deliveries, include photographs of the product, parcel, packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging until we have responded.

If an order is confirmed as lost or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund.
