Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, prices and images are accurate. Packaging and colours may vary slightly from those shown.

Always read the product label, ingredient list, warnings and instructions before use. Patch test products where recommended.

Website information is for general cosmetic information only and is not medical advice. Results vary between individuals.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable

• The price or description is incorrect

• Payment is not authorised

• Fraud or misuse is suspected

• We cannot deliver to the address provided

Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Standard delivery for RIMAN and CureTape Beauty products costs £3.99. The full order price and delivery charge will be shown before payment.

You must be authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or your nominated recipient.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Unwanted products must be returned in full sellable condition. Customers pay the return postage for unwanted products.

Opened, used or unsealed cosmetics and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Promotions

Discount codes are subject to their stated terms. Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one code may be used per order

• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash

• Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed

• Some products may be excluded

• Delivery charges do not count towards minimum spending requirements

Website content, including text, photographs, branding, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to GRO Lifestyle Limited.

Brand names and trademarks, including RIMAN, Incellderm, Botalab and CureTape Beauty, belong to their respective owners.

Content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for business losses or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms when necessary. The terms applying to an order are those published when the order is placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers in Scotland and Northern Ireland retain their applicable consumer rights.
